Excalibur can deliver to the client in loads from 2000lt [minimum] to 38,000lt. All deliveries are on a prepaid basis and require 48hr notice. Emergency deliveries may be possible by arrangement. The agreed price (including delivery) will depend on volumes, frequency and delivery distance.

Registered clients make prepayments to Excalibur so that client vehicles may go to the depot and receive fuel. Each authorized dispense will be recorded and the client will receive a daily reconciliation against monetary balance. Note, the monetary balance is debited according the reigning grid price on the date of the dispatch [less the agreed client rebate.

Note, diesel will only be released to vehicles and drivers recorded on the client Authorized Vehicle and Driver schedule or in accordance with a Release Note provided by the client. Note, drivers will require identification documentation. 

 Delivery clients will require suitable tanks to receive diesel on site. These have specific requirements in terms of bund walls, plumbing, electrical, pumps, etc. Excalibur can advise and supply and provide a per liter price inclusive of the tank [1000lt, 2000lt up to 23,000lt.
